This
week's long forgotten musical track is one of my all time favourites.
The composition as well as the lyrics are just superb. I
particularly like the sad undertone of parting in the lyrics.
Originally this track was composed for the film Doctor Zhivago (1965)
by composer Maurice Jarre as Lara's theme. However, later it became
popularly known as "Somewhere My Love.”
I
first heard this one sung by Ray Conniff and his band of singers.
